Description

This all-levels Vinyasa class invites you to move, breathe, and go inward. Flow through dynamic yet accessible sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while giving your mind space to clear and focus. We will do: A grounding warm-up to center and calm the mind Fluid and varied transitions to keep you moving with ease Standing, sitting, balancing, supine (on you back) and prone (on your belly) poses. Moments of stillness to tune into your body and breath Close practice with a relaxing sequence on the back and a long final relaxation (savasana). This practice invites you to release distractions, cultivate mindfulness, and connect deeply with your body. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, focused, and centered. Let’s flow and find your calm!
