Svastha Yoga Hub Grand Opening

It is our Grand Opening and we are super excited to see you!

Make sure you come and bring family, friends and neighbors with you! Our studio and wellness hub grand opening will pretty much be a daylong event packed with yoga sessions, live music, reiki mini sessions, chair massage mini sessions, food, raffles, sauna blanket sessions, and a relaxing yoga session with a soundbath to close the day. This is a great opportunity to meet some of our awesome teachers.

Come at any time and get a taste of what Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub is about. We are very happy to be here, to serve you and to server our community as a whole. We are about building community and to support your growth as an individual. Or, just come for a little while and enjoy yourself on our deck...

10 - 10:45 AM - Yoga with Chrissy

11 - 11:45 AM - Yoga with Anne

12 - 12:45 PM - Pilates with Tatiana

2 - 4 PM - Live Music

                   Mini Chair Massage sessions by Connie

                   Mini Reiki Sessions by Liz

2 - 4:30 PM - 30-Minute Sauna Blanket Sessions

5 - 6:30 PM - Relaxing Yoga and Sound bath with Jenn
