Description

Are you ready to release stress and tension from the body-mind? How would it feel to love yourself deeply and completely? How would your life change? In this class, you will learn how to relax into your body-mind-spirit complex and foster self-love and self-compassion while we breathe mindfully, move intentionally and meditate deeply. When we breathe slowly, consciously, and deeply, our nervous systems regulate and relax so that we get into the parasympathetic state wherein healing takes place. When we move intentionally and employ somatic movements, we send caring messages to our body-mind so that we are nurtured, supported, present. When we meditate deeply and intently, we give ourselves permission to hold space for ourselves so that we can sit and process any difficult emotions that may arise, allowing us to release what no longer serves us. This class is designed to move stagnant energy and stored emotions which will free up energy within you that can be poured into creativity and productive endeavors. More importantly, this class will ignite you to discover yourself, awaken love and compassion for yourself and others.
