Join us for a unique flow class designed to support and deepen your personal practice in a meaningful, focused way. This session goes beyond the structure of a traditional class, offering a more spacious and supportive environment where you are invited to explore the areas of your practice that matter most to you. Whether you are working on alignment in specific postures, building strength, increasing flexibility, or simply seeking time for quiet, meditative movement, this class is your space to do so with intention and presence. Want to just deepen your general practice? We got it! Want to work on arm balances, inversions, back-bending? We got it as well! Tatiana has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 20 years. Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub 647 Pacific Avenue, Alameda CA WAIVER OF LIABILITY I/We hereby understand and acknowledge that the classes, workshops, class series, and any other wellness services and events, including fundraising events in general, held by Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub may expose me to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death. I/We assume all risk of injuries associated with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, passive or active negligence by Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub and any of the teachers and class and service providers, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me. I/We hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in activity. I/We acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in. After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation, and Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub furnishing services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub, its owners, management, teachers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in the Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub classes, workshops, class series, and any other wellness services and events. By proceeding to checkout and completing this purchase, I/We indicate that I/We have read and understand this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
