Description

This session includes standing, sitting, on-your-back, and balancing poses. Yoga for the whole body. In Vinyasa flow each movement is synchronized with a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. Enjoy a longer savasana and get ready for the next day. All levels welcome.
